When will I get my Stuff? 

  1. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing and packing your stuff (not including Sundays). 
  2. Once processed, your tracking # will be send automatically to either your email or phone number
  3. Your order is on the way! 

 

Help! I entered my shipping address incorrectly for my Stuff. What do I do? 

Sh*t happens! Email us ASAP at support@ronisstuff.com to make a request for an address change.


Please keep in mind that once you receive an email with a tracking number, your package is already on the way to its carrier and the address CANNOT be changed.


The Return To Sender process will have to take place before a new address can be submitted and resent. Another shipping charge will apply to send to a new address if no email is sent before a tracking number is generated for your order. 


Keep in mind processing days. We understand mistakes happen so please send an email as soon as possible. We want you to get your Stuff! 

 

The carrier lost my Stuff! What do I do? 

  1. Contact the carrier first.
  2. If the carrier is not being helpful, email us at support@ronisstuff.com. We will investigate!
